Another 2 good hours spent to complete all 4 suspension arms and drive shafts.
I used a wrong 8mm screw to lock the mid pulley end up with excessive play. Changed it back to 6mm screw and remove one of the inner 0.1mm shim to make it best fit and issue resolved.
