30mm Alto Grey #3

This kit has been idle for very long time, and here is a quick spraying to conclude. Not counting the build time, I really spent approx. 30 mins to complete the paint job. I applied color directly, without surfacer. No matte clear, no weathering, not even panel lining ... and yes, I still cannot find where is the canopy (I assumed it is called this way) transparent part, and I damaged its left palm. 

Maybe I will fix it again in future. Take it as a case close for now.

Borrowed the cannon tower from the Bandai 1/72 A-Wing kit, and prepare a little bundle for Tie Fighter

Last part of weathering was with Tamiya X-11 and XF-1, applied with a small piece of foam, and spray with a thin layer of smoke near the engine exhaust area and landing gear bays.

Sealed everything with matte clear, installed the canopy, project completed.

2 passes of washing, first with a mixture of black and grey 502, 2nd is with 502 fading white

Beemax 1/12 Lotus 99T

It is new design, it has lots of new concept and use of multi material

Also comes with a price tag which is double if not more than a 1/12 Tamiya kit (the big T has yet to release a 99T in this scale)
